Overview

Core ResponsibilitiesHardware Diagnostics & Repair: Disassemble laptops to test, repair, or replace components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and batteries.Software Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), drivers, and antivirus software.Hardware Upgrades: Install memory (RAM), solid-state drives (SSDs), and graphic cards to improve performance.Customer Support: Explain technical issues and repair options to customers clearly and professionally.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of replacement parts, ongoing repairs, and customer devices.QualificationsExperience: 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in desktop/laptop repair or IT hardware support.Education: ITI certificate, Diploma, or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of computer hardware architecture, OS installation, and diagnostic tools.Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills.
