Overview

Core Responsibilities : Food Preparation: Prepare authentic Chinese dishes (e.g., dim sum, noodles, stir-fries, and soups) according to standardized recipes and presentations. Kitchen Operations: Operate the Chinese/Asian cooking section, manage prep work (mise-en-place), and maintain optimal heat levels on commercial woks. Quality & Inventory: Control portion sizes, monitor ingredient freshness, assist with stock rotation, and ensure consistent taste and quality.
